Job summary

Adecco requires an experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Readiness Lead for a 3-month initial contract in Hook, Hampshire. Hybrid work with three days on site. Pay rate £650/day Inside IR35 via umbrella. You will drive user adoption, process readiness and go-live preparations for a major SAP S/4HANA transformation.

Key responsibilities include reviewing training materials, creating process guides, supporting change activities and delivering end-user training sessions.

Drive the successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA

We're supporting a major organisation through the final stage of its SAP S/4HANA transformation and are looking for an experienced Business Readiness Lead to support go-live preparations, user adoption and process readiness.

This is a high-impact role where you'll help ensure the business is ready to operate effectively in its new SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and quality assure SAP S/4HANA training materials.
• Create and refine process guides, work instructions and user documentation.
• Support business readiness and change activities.
• Deliver and support end-user training sessions.
• Map and document new processes and controls.
• Work closely with implementation partners including Capgemini.
• Identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support stakeholders through go-live preparation and adoption activities.
• Provide practical SAP S/4HANA expertise throughout the final implementation phase.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Previous SAP S/4HANA programme experience.
• Experience supporting ERP transformation or change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience producing business process documentation, training guides or user materials.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to challenge constructively and improve programme outputs.

Highly Desirable

• SAP Finance, R2R or Finance Transformation experience.
• User adoption, training or business readiness delivery experience.
• Experience working alongside large systems integrators or consulting partners.
• Previous go-live or hypercare exposure
