Job summary

CRH is seeking a Communications Specialist / Content Creator to join the Connect Upgrade Programme, a large SAP S/4HANA transformation across Europe. The role collaborates with the OCM team to craft engaging content and drive user adoption, spanning multiple countries and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong writing and storytelling skills, experience in large-scale ERP changes, and the ability to manage multi-country communications with governance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, internal communications or employee engagement.
• Experience supporting ERP/technology transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to develop communications for multi-country initiatives.
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation and storytelling skills.
• Experience operating within matrixed, multinational organisations.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Understanding of organisational change management principles.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and execution of the programme communications strategy.
• Maintain and evolve the communications plan with key stakeholders.
• Align activities with milestones such as design, testing, training, deployment, go-live and hypercare.
• Ensure communications support business readiness, user adoption and change objectives.
• Develop high-quality communications materials including updates, leadership messages, newsletters, town halls, FAQs, infographics, video content and training materials.
• Engage diverse stakeholders across Europe and provide briefing packs and talking points.
• Monitor communications effectiveness and report to programme leadership; identify risks and mitigations.
