Job summary

White Label Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Replenishment Planning Specialist for an established manufacturing business in Elland. You will analyse material requirements, place purchase orders, and manage suppliers to meet production needs while maintaining stock levels, with SAP MM/PP and ERP/MRP focus.

The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and collaborates with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to optimise purchasing and replenishment processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, materials planning or supply chain.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Essential – SAP MM/PP experience.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyse material requirements and initiate replenishment orders.
• Create, review and maintain purchase orders in SAP.
• Follow up PO deliveries and confirm supplier dates.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery issues.
• Identify shortages and supply risks; maintain stock levels.
• Maintain supplier profiles, material master data and pricing.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality teams.
• Support procurement workflows through SAP MM/PP.
