SAP Programme Manager - SAP S/4 HANA. T6/MN/1224301.

£850 Day Rate - Outside IR35 - 12 Month Contract.

Hybrid - London.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Programme Manager to lead a Brownfield & Bluefield SAP S/4 HANA transformation programme within a Manufacturing environment.

Experience Required:

• Proven SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience in a Manufacturing setting.
• Extensive SAP S/4 HANA Programme Management experience, including Brownfield and Bluefield projects.
• Ability to define the SAP S/4 HANA Transformation Roadmap.
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation covering key functions such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, and HR.
• Knowledge of SAP Modules & Integration points, including SD, FI/CO, WM, PP, PM, SRM, HR, etc.
• Experience leading SAP S/4 HANA implementations aligned with scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Ensuring quality standards and delivery of business benefits.
• Risk identification and development of mitigation strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Programme Management experience with SAP Activate, Waterfall, or PMP methodologies.
• Leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with C-suite and senior leadership, as well as technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative, engaging, and driven approach.
