Amazon’s Last Mile Analytics & Quality team seeks an enthusiastic, customer-obsessed Program Manager to oversee projects, enhance metrics, and collaborate with Amazon’s technology, product, business, and operations teams to develop solutions for our internal and external customers.
Success in this role requires a passion for data-driven decision-making that directly impacts customer experience. Effective communication skills across various audiences, adaptability to new tools and systems, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment are essential. The candidate should be comfortable working with multiple teams and managing large, cross-functional projects.
