Job summary

Gap Personnel seeks a SAP PM Planner in the Wrexham area. The role focuses on planning and coordinating statutory, mandatory and preventive maintenance at site, aligning with production schedules to minimise downtime.

You will maintain all engineering master data within SAP, including asset management and calibration schedules. Responsibilities include running planned maintenance meetings, prioritising work orders, coordinating OEM contractors, and contributing to the maintenance budget with

Qualifications

Experience using SAP as site SAP user for maintenance planning.
Experience managing contractors and spare parts.
Background delivering improved maintenance practices.
Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
Able to read OEM manuals and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities to align with production schedules.
Maintain engineering master data in SAP including asset management and calibration schedules.
Generate work orders for planned and reactive maintenance.
Lead planned maintenance meetings and prioritise back log.
Coordinate OEM contractors and analyse SLA reports.
Assist in budgeting and forecast spend versus actual.
Train staff to use CMMS for data capture and insights.
Support audits and regulatory checks.
