Job summary

Trinity House Group Ltd is seeking a Payroll Administrator to drive the benefits in kind rollout in SAP and oversee payroll changes for go-live in April 2027. The role requires hands-on payroll experience, strong data accuracy, and collaboration across workshops with stakeholders.

The position offers hybrid work with 1–2 days in the office and the rest from home, suitable for someone available now who can manage testing, reconciliations and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Solid SAP payroll experience and understanding of end-to-end payroll processing.
• Strong Excel skills with data validation and reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance.
• Experience in payroll projects or system changes (testing, parallel runs, migrations).
• Ability to gather requirements and participate in workshops with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the Payroll Manager on the benefits in kind implementation for April 2027 go-live.
• Attend requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings from day one.
• Document business requirements, actions, decisions and changes clearly.
• Validate SAP payroll data, perform reconciliations and provide analysis ahead of go-live.
• Prepare and run system integration testing, parallel runs and UAT.
• Log defects and track resolution; ensure accurate payroll outputs during go-live.
• Produce project governance reports and assist training and communications.
