Job summary

Framatome UK is seeking a SAP Coordinator to manage SAP-related warehouse and logistics processes, data integrity, and cross-department collaboration across Procurement, Quality, Warehouse and Logistics.

You will monitor transactions, resolve system issues, produce reports, and ensure SAP procedures are followed while supporting the Site SAP Transformation Manager in designing and maintaining workflow processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business technology, information technology, supply chain management, engineering or relevant discipline.
• Experience working with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
• Strong data entry, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of SAP modules MM, QM, SD, PP, or WM/EWM.
• Typically, 3-5 years of experience in SAP related functionality and operations, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SAP-related warehouse and logistics business processes and maintain system data.
• Monitor transactions, resolve system-related issues, and prepare reports.
• Ensure SAP procedures are followed correctly and communicate between Procurement, Quality, Warehouse and Logistics.
• Analyse and check processes/workflows to meet defined requirements.
• Create labels from SAP database per project manager requests.
• Update Inhouse Application to retrieve crate inventory data on a weekly basis.
• Integrate multiple SAP extracts into the database.
• Collaborate with the Material Data Coordinator to maintain data standards.
• Support Back Office Logistics for outbound delivery creation and handling units.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new SAP modules prior to deployment.
• Contribute to designing and maintaining workflow processes under site leadership.
