Job summary

EDF is seeking a SAP Coordinator to join the UK team and coordinate SAP-related warehouse and logistics processes. You will ensure accurate system data and support daily operations across Procurement, Quality, Warehouse and Logistics.

The role requires 3–5 years of SAP experience, knowledge of MM/QM/SD/PP/WM modules, and strong communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree and UK right-to-work are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business technology, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Experience working with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
• Strong data entry, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, QM, SD, PP, or WM/EWM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SAP-related warehouse and logistics business processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor transactions and resolve system-related issues; prepare reports.
• Update, integrate, and maintain SAP data and workflows.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
• Support back-office logistics and outbound delivery processes.
• Assist with UAT of new SAP modules and deployment.
