Job summary

Framatome Limited, Bridgwater-based SAP Coordinator role, drives SAP warehouse and logistics processes, maintains master data, and supports cross-department operations across Procurement, Quality, Warehouse and Logistics.

The role focuses on system data accuracy, process alignment with project managers, and ongoing data governance within SAP MM/WM/EWM modules, ensuring timely PO and STO processing and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong data entry, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SAP-related warehouse and logistics processes and maintain data integrity.
• Prepare reports and monitor SAP transactions.
• Create Purchase Orders and Stock Transport Orders through SAP to point of consumption.
• Support Back office logistics and UAT for new SAP modules.
• Collaborate with SAP users to assess information needs and improve workflows.
