Job summary

Accenture is seeking an SAP IS-U FICA Lead within its Business & Technology Integration team in the utilities sector. This Manager-level role combines SAP expertise, business analysis, process design, and team leadership to translate complex requirements into practical, value-driven solutions.

You will guide end-to-end initiatives, collaborate across business and technology workstreams, and ensure delivery of improved operational efficiency and customer outcomes for utility clients.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in SAP IS-U FICA and utilities processes.
• Experience analyzing current-state and future-state processes.
• Strong requirements gathering and documenting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, evaluation, and improvement of end-to-end business processes, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP IS-U/FICA and provide functional direction across business and technology workstreams.
• Assess current-state processes, identify business and customer requirements, and define future-state processes and technology-enabled solutions.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP and broader technology solutions with business objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, resolve issues, and establish alignment on project goals and solution outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed business requirements, process flows, functional documentation, and supporting analysis.
• Analyze information and data to develop insights and recommendations that support project decisions and solution direction.
• Take ownership of team-level decisions, address issues spanning multiple workstreams, and contribute to key project decisions.
