We are expanding our team as a leading partner for SAP S/4HANA and Business Transformation Programmes, delivering large, complex SAP S/4HANA and Business transformations with a strong track record and exciting opportunities with global and local brands.

This role is for a SAP S4/HANA Solution Architect at Senior Manager level to join the team.

Responsibilities

Designing, configuring, and deploying S/4HANA solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and architectural standards.
Lead solution architecture assessments with key client stakeholders.
Develop project strategies to solve complex technical challenges for our clients.
Translate client requirements into the technical design and implementation plan of complex, scalable and robust solutions.
Resolve key design decisions focusing on best practice, “adopt not adapt” solutions.
Mobilize the team and set up the right delivery and architectural artifacts for the delivery team to succeed.
Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities with new/existing clients.
Train, coach, and supervise team members.

What This Role Is For You If

Experience of implementing SAP in the Utilities sector, with exposure to one or more of the following sectors: Water Utilities, Electricity Transmission, Electricity Distribution, Nuclear Energy and Renewable Energy.
Have completed a minimum of 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA programmes in the Utilities sector.
Deep technical expertise in one or more core SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply chain, Sales, Service, Asset management (EAM)).
Led the solution strategy and design for multiple end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-moving SAP technology landscape.
Passionate about understanding client strategy and requirements; able to explain complex concepts in simple language to senior client stakeholders and push the boundaries of what’s possible.
Knowledge of best-practice design and architecture principles with an advisory focus.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, both internally and with clients.
Pre-sales experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
