Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a high-impact professional to lead client workshops and complex delivery in the Utilities practice. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, guide transformative programmes, and engage senior stakeholders to drive outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, client relationship building, and market-facing development. You will mentor consultants, support bid pursuits, and help advance innovative offerings across the utilities sector, including cloud/data solutions

Qualifications

• Experience with the utilities industry across Electricity, Water & Gas.
• Experience with the utility value chain across Retail, Transmission & Distribution.
• Experience with utility industry across B2C & B2B segments.
• Experience in domains like CRM, EAM, FSM, ETRM, SCADA, GIS, Energy Management systems (Solar, E-mobility, hydrogen, energy storage).
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, data solutions and business application products for Utilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing and communicating data for varied audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, Agile ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead team interactions and workshops with clients, including conversations with senior stakeholders
• Lead delivery of complex programmes or projects across multiple vendors/partners
• Resolve unclear or ambiguous problem statements and complex technical issues
• Engage with stakeholders to enable large-scale organisational change
• Develop personal brand in focus areas and provide thought leadership
• Mentor and develop consultants within the Utilities practice
• Support firm and practice development through innovation and learning activities
• Assist leadership on bids and pursuits
• Build strong client relationships and promote Infosys offerings
