Job summary

Adecco is seeking a SAP Customer Service Administrator in Greater Manchester. The role focuses on supporting customers, processing orders, and managing quotations using SAP, while ensuring an excellent customer journey.

You will work with internal teams to maintain accurate SAP data and provide timely updates to customers. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a bonus and private healthcare offering.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales administration or sales support.
• Experience processing customer orders from receipt to completion.
• SAP knowledge or experience with a similar ERP system.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and good MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through SAP.
• Produce and manage customer quotations.
• Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Maintain pricing, product and customer information within SAP.
• Monitor order progress and provide customer updates.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist with invoicing and general sales administration activities.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
