Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced SAP Customer Service Administrator for our client based in Harlow, Essex. This temporary contract offers an immediate start and a pro rata salary of £28,000–£30,000.

You will support day-to-day customer service operations, update SAP records, manage internal databases, and handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• SAP experience is essential.
• Previous Administrator, Customer Service Administrator or Office Support experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Service team with day-to-day administration
• Update and maintain records using SAP
• Manage and update internal databases and customer information
• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls
• Manage inbound and outbound emails
• Respond to customer and internal queries
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support general office and customer service administration
