Our client is establishing its global operations with an integrated operating model and systems to ensure consistency. Central to this is the Slipstream business program, which has recently been initiated, focusing on harmonising systems and processes across several work streams, especially in the UK. The project involves establishing an ERP environment supporting manufacturing, procurement, payroll, finance, and warehousing functions. A skilled SAP Change Manager is required to support this complex SAP migration project.
SAP Change Manager Responsibilities:
The client is launching manufacturing operations in the UK, US, China, and Australia, with additional global sites to follow. The SAP Change Manager will support the delivery of this complex ERP migration, ensuring change management strategies are effectively executed across multiple regions and functions.
Reporting: Direct reports include Change Analysts and ERP Trainers.
