We are looking for an IT Change Manager to join our IT Service Operations team in Leighton Buzzard. You will be responsible for developing and maturing the Groups IT Change Management processes. You will manage the day-to-day pipeline of change activity ensuring sufficient due diligence is undertaken and controls are in place to that enable us to support necessary change in as safe and risk adverse manner as acceptable by Connells Group.
You will also work closely with the other team members covering Major Incident Management, Problem Management and Service transition and support the overall team’s strategic goals.
