Job summary

Next Ventures seeks an experienced SAP Business Transformation Lead to drive the Target Operating Model workstream for a major transformation with a retail client in Spain. You will define the future-state operating model, map processes, org structures and roles to SAP solution goals.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, SAP functional teams and programme leadership to ensure alignment across workstreams, manage governance, risks and readiness for the transition to the new operating

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading TOM or transformation workstreams on large SAP/ERP programmes.
• Strong operating model design and change management experience.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Retail industry experience desirable.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Transformation Lead to lead the Target Operating Model (TOM) workstream for a major transformation programme with a retail client in Spain. The successful candidate will define the future-state operating model, aligning business processes, organisational structures, roles and responsibilities with the client's strategic objectives and SAP transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Target Operating Model workstream, defining the future-state business operating model.
• Assess current-state processes, organisational structures and ways of working to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Align business processes and operating structures with the future SAP solution and transformation objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams and programme leadership to ensure alignment across workstreams.
• Define governance structures, roles and responsibilities, decision-making processes and performance measures.
• Manage TOM deliverables, stakeholder engagement, risks and dependencies.
• Support business readiness and the transition to the future operating model.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading business transformation or TOM workstreams on large-scale SAP or ERP programmes.
• Strong understanding of operating model design, business process transformation and organisational change.
• Experience engaging senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Retail industry experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Availability to start ASAP and work on a hybrid basis in Spain.
