JobServe Ltd seeks an experienced SAP Business Transformation Lead to head the TOM workstream for a major transformation programme in Spain. You will define the future-state operating model, align processes and structures with the SAP transformation, and drive governance and stakeholder engagement.

Ideal candidates will have proven TOM/ERP transformation leadership, strong change management skills and the ability to work in a hybrid environment in Spain. ASAP start preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business transformation or TOM workstreams on large-scale SAP or ERP programmes.
• Strong understanding of operating model design, business process transformation and organisational change.
• Experience engaging senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Retail industry experience is highly desirable.
• Availability to start ASAP and work on a hybrid basis in Spain.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Target Operating Model workstream, defining the future-state business operating model.
• Assess current-state processes, organisational structures and ways of working to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Align business processes and operating structures with the future SAP solution and transformation objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams and programme leadership to ensure alignment across workstreams.
• Define governance structures, roles and responsibilities, decision-making processes and performance measures.
• Manage TOM deliverables, stakeholder engagement, risks and dependencies.
• Support business readiness and the transition to the future operating model.
