Job summary

Next Ventures seeks an experienced SAP Business Transformation Lead to drive the Target Operating Model workstream for a major transformation with a retail client in Spain. You will define the future-state operating model, map processes, org structures and roles to SAP solution goals.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, SAP functional teams and programme leadership to ensure alignment across workstreams, manage governance, risks and readiness for the transition to the new operating

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading TOM or transformation workstreams on large SAP/ERP programmes.
• Strong operating model design and change management experience.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Retail industry experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead TOM workstream and define future-state operating model.
• Assess current-state processes and org structures; identify improvements.
• Align processes with SAP solution and transformation objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SAP teams to ensure alignment.
• Define governance, roles, decision processes, metrics.
• Manage TOM deliverables, risks, dependencies.
• Support business readiness and transition to future operating model.
