Job summary

Linksap Europe Ltd in Hemel Hempstead seeks an experienced SAP Account Manager to lead business development and account management within our Contract SAP Staffing Division. You will own the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, building long-term relationships with a global client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or recruitment.
• Strong network in SAP or IT markets advantageous.
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and promote Linksap to clients.
• Qualify client requirements and coordinate with the resource team.
• Negotiate commercial terms with clients and consultants.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships as a strategic partner.
• Own the client recruitment process from CV submission to offers.
