Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is seeking an ambitious SAP Account Manager for our Contract SAP Staffing Division in Hemel Hempstead. You will drive new business development, manage client relationships, and own the recruitment process end-to-end.

Ideal candidates have a background in recruitment or B2B sales, superb communication, and the resilience to perform in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid working is available and you must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Background in recruitment, B2B sales or account management.
• Motivated by performance and earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and build relationships with clients.
• Qualify requirements and coordinate with resource team.
• Negotiate commercial terms with clients and consultants.
