Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services UK is seeking an SAP ABAP(RAP) Developer to design, develop, and maintain SAP Fiori-ready applications and OData services using the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).

You will transform legacy ABAP programs to S/4 HANA, implement CDS and AMDP, and collaborate with business users on day-to-day operations, delivering end-to-end unit testing and technical specs.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in creating and extending RAP BOs with both Managed and Unmanaged scenarios.
• Experience in creating at least 2 level drill down custom application with at least one parent child relationship
• Must have experience in API calling and handling deep structures in API calls
• Strong hands‑on development experience in OOPS ABAP.
• Strong knowledge and working experience New ABAP syntaxes, Adobe forms, AMDP, CDS, ALV. BADI & BAPI.
• Enhancements: BADI, User Exits, Customer Exits and Enhancement Spots.
• Good understanding of SAP’s clean core architecture and approach
• Sound knowledge in performance optimization and SAP best practices in ABAP area

Responsibilities

Your Profile
