Responsibilities

• Managing sample request tracker and keeping it up to date.
• Organising and sending out samples, VIP boxes and special requests.
• Writing handwritten notes and adding extra touches to send-outs.
• Receiving stock deliveries and putting products away.
• Organising courier collections and solving delivery issues.
