Job summary

Prada Group in Greater London seeks an Inventory Coordinator to support sample trafficking, manage stock, and upload all movements into SAP.

The role requires meticulous stock control, excellent organization, and coordination with PR, Logistics and international teams to ensure accuracy and security of valuable inventory.

You will handle cycle counts, end-of-season returns, and celebrity samples logistics, helping maintain showroom standards and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems, including goods receipt processing and stock movements.
• Knowledge of sample trafficking, logistics, and courier management, including international shipments and returns.
• Excellent organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills across PR, Logistics and international stakeholders.
• Experience with end-of-season sample returns and celebrity samples trafficking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, label and unpack samples; upload into SAP and create purchase orders.
• Process deliveries from subsidiaries and press shoots; manage SAP entries and consignment transactions.
• Classify and store deliveries in stockroom and showroom per criteria and image standards.
• Coordinate with PR team to prepare send-outs; verify items and upload deliveries into SAP.
• Prepare daily international returns and create sales transactions in SAP.
• Book and manage couriers to ensure timely delivery and receipt.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with Finance.
• Maintain a tidy, secure stock room per Group standards.
