Job summary

TONI&GUY Guildford is seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist / Salon Host to be the first contact for clients, delivering outstanding customer service while coordinating a range of administrative tasks.

This 40-hour-per-week role includes Saturdays. You will greet clients, manage front-of-house organisation, handle emails and bookings, cash handling, stock control, opening/closing duties, and ensure waiting clients are looked after.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house experience desirable.
• Ability to greet clients warmly and manage front desk tasks.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients in a warm authentic way.
• Maintain an organised Front of House environment.
• Ensure salon stock levels are not running low - ordering when necessary.
• Taking clients bills and rebooking clients' appointments.
• Replying to and composing emails.
• Cash handling - Petty cash and banking.
• Opening and closing.
• Ensure waiting clients are taken care of and offer refreshments.
