Job summary

TONI&GUY in the UK is seeking a dedicated Salon Support team member to help the salon run smoothly and deliver a five-star guest experience. You will greet clients warmly, assist stylists and keep the salon looking pristine.

Working 6 hours a day, 5 days a week, you’ll provide a relaxing shampoo experience, assist with colour services, and ensure refreshments are offered to unattended clients while maintaining a bright, friendly atmosphere every day.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every client receives a warm, authentic TONI&GUY welcome
• Win over the client within the first few minutes of meeting
• Provide a relaxing yet professional shampoo experience
• Provide blast-dries for clients following colour services
• Ensure the salon and all positions are sparkling clean and tidy at all times
• Ensure unattended clients are cared for and offered refreshments
• And most importantly… bring a smile every day!
