Job summary

TONI&GUY in the United Kingdom is seeking a Salon Support team member. The role is 6 hours a day, 5 days a week, helping the salon run smoothly and professionally.

You will warmly welcome clients, win their trust in minutes, provide a relaxing shampoo experience and blast-dry services after colour work. The salon must stay clean and guests are offered refreshments; bring a smile every day.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every client receives a warm, authentic TONI&GUs welcome
• Win over the client within the first few minutes of meeting
• Provide a relaxing yet professional shampoo experience
• Provide blast-dries for clients following colour services
• Ensure the salon and all positions are sparkling clean and tidy at all times
• Ensure unattended clients are cared for and offered refreshments
• And most important... bring a smile every day!

The Role

6 hours a day 5 days a week. We believe our Salon Support team is vital to the salon running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will:
