Job summary

Fusion Consulting is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce transformation initiatives in London. You will coordinate Business, IT, Salesforce and vendor teams, ensuring timely delivery, governance and risk management.

You will drive platform optimisations, system rationalisation and digital communication enhancements to support enterprise digital transformation across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years managing enterprise IT projects.
• Proven Salesforce project delivery experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce multi-org architectures and integration patterns.
• Experience with third-party system integrations and system simplification.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce transformation projects, including org simplification and platform optimisation.
• Manage projects focused on simplifying Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
• Drive continuous enhancement of digital communication platforms and related business capabilities.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, IT, Salesforce, Architecture and vendors.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, governance meetings, status reporting and executive communications.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with objectives.
• Promote standardised processes and scalable solutions to support digital transformation.
