Job summary

ThirdEye Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Technical Account Manager to join our Managed Services Practice. You will lead client projects, build strong relationships, and solve complex business problems using Salesforce across multiple clouds.

You will mentor junior colleagues, run discovery workshops, and contribute to internal innovation, asset creation, and best-practice initiatives while documenting outputs with Jira, Confluence, LucidChart and Gearset.

Qualifications

Salesforce expertise across clouds preferred.
Experience documenting solutions with Agile tooling.
Mentoring or coaching junior staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to client projects, building relationships and solving Salesforce-based problems.
Run discovery workshops and produce process maps, user stories, and functional specs.
Document and manage solutions using Jira, Confluence, and LucidChart.
Deliver high-quality solutions using Gearset and other DevOps tools.
Mentor junior colleagues and help shape the next generation of Salesforce talent.
