Job summary

CloudMasonry is seeking a Salesforce Senior Consultant to lead planning, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will design, configure, test, and deploy top-tier Salesforce projects while mentoring junior team members and ensuring client satisfaction in a hybrid role near Central London.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, holds Salesforce Admin Certification, and is proficient with Sales or Service Cloud.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce consulting experience.
• Salesforce Admin Certification is required.
• Sales Cloud or Service Cloud experience required.
• Ability to architect high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• Strong project and client management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Familiar with Scrum or Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and drive projects to success with minimal guidance.
• Manage momentum for multiple clients concurrently.
• Lead project teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• Consult with clients to identify solutions aligned with business needs.
• Build strong client relationships and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Maintain and prioritise a backlog of enhancements.
• Track backlog progress and communicate updates to clients.
• Demonstrate project management experience.
• Travel depending on client needs (25–50%).
