Job summary

BearingPoint in Greater London is hiring a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to design, build, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using agile and DevOps practices. You will lead integration efforts across legacy systems, mentor engineers, and ensure secure, scalable implementations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configuration.

• Strong hands-on development experience with LWC and Apex including triggers, asynchronous processing, and integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools.
• Ability to coach and develop engineering capability within the Salesforce team.
• Proven technical leadership for Salesforce integrations with multiple legacy systems.
• Strong experience working and leading within an agile development methodology.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support Salesforce solutions using agile and DevOps practices.
• Develop robust, scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
• Build and support routes to production through automated Salesforce CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure solutions are secure, performant, and compliant with platform and regulatory best practices.
• Provide technical leadership across dependencies where Salesforce integrates with legacy systems.
• Produce detailed technical designs, demos, and support solution validation throughout delivery.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce environments and implement proactive issue resolution.
