Job summary

UST in London is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, delivery and evolution of a strategic Salesforce platform within the asset management sector. You will blend hands-on engineering with technical leadership and stakeholder engagement to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives, leveraging Data Cloud, AI and Agentforce.

The role requires proven experience leading Salesforce teams, deep Apex/LWC expertise, and strong CI/CD/DevOps discipline.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams and delivering complex Salesforce programmes.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Visualforce, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data models, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and evolution of a strategic Salesforce platform in asset management.
• Influence stakeholders and translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee CI/CD, DevOps practices and tooling to support enterprise deployments.
• Mentor teams and drive enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives, including Data Cloud and AI capabilities.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, delivery, and evolution of a strategic Salesforce platform within a leading Asset Management environment. This role combines hands‑on engineering, technical leadership, and stakeholder engagement, offering the opportunity to lead enterprise‑scale Salesforce initiatives while leveraging emerging capabilities such as Data Cloud, AI, and Agentforce.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams and delivering complex Salesforce programmes.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Visualforce, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data models, and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Git, Copado, Gearset, or similar tools.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Exposure to Data Cloud and Agentforce is highly desirable.
