Zusammenfassung

The Cala Group Limited is seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer to support Salesforce and customer applications used by Sales, Marketing and Customer Service teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile Product team to optimise processes and enable data-driven decisions, contributing to a 5-star service and maintaining high standards.

The role is office-based with a requirement to be on-site at our Head Office in Edinburgh at least two days per week.

Qualifikationen

• Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
• 2-3 years' experience in a Salesforce Administrator role or similar.
• Experience configuring Salesforce using out-of-the-box features.
• Knowledge of deploying changes from test to production environments; Copado desirable.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce managed packages.
• Desirable knowledge of Conga Composer & Sign, Asperato, Natterbox, Own Backup, Onfido.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Experience writing user stories and documenting designs.
• Exposure to Jira and Confluence desirable.

Aufgaben

• Gather, understand and document business problems, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Design and build Salesforce solutions using out-of-the-box functionality and best practices.
• Peer review and challenge solution designs.
• Conduct QA activities aligned to acceptance criteria.
• Deploy platform changes through the development pipeline.
• Create and maintain detailed solution documentation.
• Maintain Salesforce health and minimise technical debt.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers, teams and partners.
• Dedicate ~10% of time to personal development.
