Job summary

Linklaters LLP, a global law firm, seeks a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead design and assurance of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics and Introhive. You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure architectures, partnering with product owners, analysts and业务 stakeholders worldwide.

You will own solution designs, data models and technical specifications, guiding delivery teams and partners while avoiding excessive debt and aligning with

Qualifications

• Experience in designing Salesforce solutions and integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable designs.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own solution designs across Salesforce and integrations from discovery to service.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Assess options, justify standard capabilities and controlled customisation.
• Produce data models and technical specifications for delivery teams.
• Act as a consultative technical contact for stakeholders.
• Leverage Salesforce expertise to assure development by partners.
• Communicate impact of decisions on operations and debt avoidance.
• Identify improvements and drive chosen optimisations.
• Ensure alignment of business and technology strategy with investments.
• Act as Trusted Advisor providing strategic technology guidance.
