Linklaters in London seeks a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead design and assurance of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics and integrations. You will translate requirements into secure, scalable designs and collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and business teams globally.

Leverage hands-on Salesforce expertise, communicate trade-offs, manage technical debt, and align solutions with enterprise standards in a hybrid London-based role.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and Flow declarative tools; working understanding of Apex.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience in professional services and/or international organisations; able to interact with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and assurance of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics and Introhive.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and supportable solution designs aligned with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria; assess options and risks.
