Job summary

Linklaters LLP, a global law firm, seeks a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead design and assurance of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics and Introhive. Job description

As Salesforce Solution Architect, you will lead the design and assurance of Salesforce solutions supporting the Firm's marketing, business development and business management capabilities. You will translate business requirements and architectural direction into secure, scalable and supportable solutions for our lawyers and business teams globally across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics, and Introhive.

• Own solution designs across Salesforce and its integrations, from discovery through implementation and transition to service, aligned with the Client Systems roadmap and enterprise standards.
• Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, map processes, and agree functional and non-functional acceptance criteria.
• Assess solution options and explain their benefits, costs, and risks, favouring standard platform capabilities and justified customisation to control complexity and technical debt.
• Produce and maintain solution designs, data models, and technical specifications that provide clear direction to delivery teams and service owners.
• Act as a consultative technical point of contact for business stakeholders, providing clear guidance in response to their technical questions.
• Leverage hands on expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities to assure the development of enhancements and features by our implementation partners.
• Communicate the positive and negative impact that decisions will have on immediate and longer‑term operations, specifically working to avoid building up technical and/or operational debt.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and optimisations, making recommendations on next steps and working to implement those recommendations as selected by stakeholders.
• Ensure the Firm's business strategy, technology strategy and market trends are aligned in solutions designed and delivered, whilst driving business value from strategic investments.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor, through engagement with the Practice and Business Teams, providing strategic technology advice that is easily consumed by all stakeholder levels across the Firm., Private Medical Insurance

• A key technical authority, bringing a deep, authoritative knowledge of the technical elements of Salesforce that you can frame in the context of business operations to deliver the best possible outcome from the investment.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce clouds being implemented by Linklaters in addition to expert proficiency in Flow declarative tools and working understanding of Apex.
• Good understanding and practical experience of ITIL processes and project management best practices including Agile principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and liaise with senior stakeholders and partners.
• Ability to prioritise demanding workloads alongside resilience and the ability to remain calm and objective under pressure.
• Previous experience of working in product teams, following agile delivery methodology would be advantageous.
