Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Salesforce Service Cloud Architect to own end-to-end architecture in a UK context. You will define and lead architecture decisions, shaping a scalable, future-proof tech stack and real-time customer data strategies across multi-channel support.

You will mentor engineers, drive AI-assisted tooling adoption, and champion self-service workflows to improve advisor efficiency and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing Salesforce Service Cloud architectures in large multi-channel environments.
• Proven track record owning end-to-end platform architectures.
• Experience with contact centre AI deployments and automation strategies.
• Strong mentoring and leadership of technical teams.
• Strong SDLC, release management, and sandboxing knowledge.
