InterEx Group in City of London is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to focus on the Salesforce market, working onsite. You will build client relationships, deliver contract recruitment solutions, and contribute to a high-performing team.

The role offers structured training, clear career progression, and a performance-driven culture with uncapped commission. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in recruitment, strong sales and negotiation skills, and an interest in technology

Qualifications

At least 1 year of recruitment experience preferred.
Evidence of billing success and ability to meet KPIs.
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Driven, resilient and ambitious mindset.
Interest in technology recruitment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Develop new client opportunities through proactive outreach and market research.
Build long-term client relationships and understand hiring requirements.
Negotiate fees and manage ongoing client accounts.
Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal tools.
Conduct interviews and qualification calls to ensure strong candidate-role alignment.
Support candidates through the full recruitment journey to placement.
Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets; keep CRM data up to date.
