Job summary

Bupa is seeking an experienced Salesforce Quality Engineering (QE) Lead to shape quality practices across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will define automation-first testing strategies, ensure robust controls across the delivery lifecycle, and enable secure, scalable Salesforce solutions.

You’ll lead QA across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom apps, mentor engineers, and partner with engineering teams to mitigate risks early while designing scalable automation frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience testing Salesforce platforms within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience testing one or more Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing).
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.
• Experience validating Apex, LWC, Flows, Validation Rules, integrations & security model.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing and Quality Engineering across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and custom Salesforce applications.
• Provide QA across Salesforce configuration changes, LWC, Apex, flows, workflows, triggers and integrations.
• Validate complex end-to-end Salesforce business processes across multiple systems and services.
• Test REST/SOAP APIs and integrations between Salesforce and downstream/upstream platforms.
• Validate Salesforce data, business rules, permissions, profiles, roles and security configurations.
• Support QA for Salesforce data migrations and transformation activities.
• Ensure regression coverage is maintained as the platform evolves.
• Identify quality and release risks early and work with engineering teams to resolve them.
• Design scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership to Quality Engineers working across Salesforce.
• Mentor and coach engineers in Salesforce testing and QE practices
