Job summary

Wipro is seeking a Salesforce QA Test Lead / Test Manager to champion testing excellence across Salesforce Sales Cloud and enterprise applications. You will drive test leadership, automation, and governance, working with product owners, stakeholders, developers and delivery teams to ensure high-quality delivery throughout the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning.
• Proven ability to lead functional and automation testing.
• Ability to define test strategies, governance, and quality gates.
• Experience in API and integration testing across enterprise apps.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, SDLC, and STLC.
• Experience with modern automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TOSCA).
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and release management in large projects.
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
• Define test strategies, coverage models, and release readiness criteria.
• Drive functional, automation, API, security, accessibility, and non-functional testing.
• Champion automation and continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage defect governance, quality reporting, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Validate processes, integrations, workflows, and end-to-end user journeys.
• Collaborate with business, delivery, product, and vendor teams for successful delivery.
• Support audit, compliance, and quality assurance objectives throughout delivery lifecycle.
