Careers in Warwickshire is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with strong Salesforce testing experience to own testing across Salesforce and related commercial apps. The role focuses on functional testing with potential automation contributions as the team grows, in a hybrid setup supporting Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud environments. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases and robust integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce testing experience is essential.
• Experience testing Salesforce within complex commercial environments.
• Ability to own testing across Salesforce and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Own functional, regression and integration testing across Salesforce and related apps.
• Test end-to-end business processes and customer journeys.
• Validate integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Coordinate UAT with business stakeholders.
• Manage defects, risks and testing priorities.
• Work with Product Owners, BAs, Developers and third-party suppliers.
• Improve testing practices and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to introduce automation as the function evolves.
