The Vacancy

As an Integrations & QA Analyst in the Strategic Business Systems team, your responsibilities will include:

1. Design, develop, and maintain integrations between various systems using integration tools and APIs.
2. Create and manage APIs to facilitate communication between different systems and applications.
3. Utilize your Salesforce expertise (or assist) to integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring data consistency and process automation.
4. Develop and manage (or assist with) integrations with NetSuite, optimizing data flow and business processes.
5. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes and configurations.
6. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
7. Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
8. Execute manual test cases across various software applications, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance meet requirements.
9. Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira, working with developers to resolve issues.
10. Perform regression testing to ensure new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
11. Work closely with developers, product managers, and analysts to clarify requirements and ensure testing coverage.
12. Communicate test progress, results, and issues to project teams, aligning on priorities and timelines.
13. Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues during project execution.
14. Maintain working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
15. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
