Job summary

Insight Global is recruiting a Commercial Technology Product Owner (Salesforce Platform) to lead the strategy, delivery and evolution of the organisation's Salesforce ecosystem. The role requires 2-3 days onsite in London and is a 9-month contract inside IR35.

You will own the end-to-end Salesforce product roadmap across multiple Clouds, drive platform implementations, and align with Sales, Marketing, IT and Analytics teams to deliver high-value capabilities and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Experience owning product roadmaps and translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Salesforce product roadmap across Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Lead platform implementations, enhancements, and adoption programmes across commercial functions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Digital, Analytics, Retail, Foodservice, and IT teams to prioritise and deliver high-value capabilities.
• Define and prioritise product backlogs, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and organisational readiness.
• Lead solution design discussions alongside architects, engineers, and implementation partners.
• Drive platform governance, scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms including ERP, analytics, customer data, and digital commerce systems.
• Develop data and automation capabilities that support customer intelligence, segmentation, targeting, and commercial decision-making.
• Establish success metrics, track value realisation, and measure business impact across commercial technology investments.
• Present recommendations and programme updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
