Job summary

This hands‑on role acts as a bridge between support and development to improve system usability and reliability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience working on the Salesforce platform.
- Hands-on configuration and development with Apex, Flows, and Lightning components.
- Experience supporting Salesforce integrations (API or middleware-based).
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong familiarity with Agile or structured change management processes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver minor enhancements, configuration changes, and bug fixes within Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, and Lightning components.
- Configure Salesforce features such as objects, fields, validation rules, layouts, and approvals.
- Ensure changes follow change control, testing, and deployment processes.
- Act as a technical escalation point for the Application Support Team.
- Coordinate with Internal Development Team and triage issues to define scope clearly.
- Document fixes and known issues in Jira and Confluence.
- Translate support issues into actionable tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
- Share technical knowledge with the support team to raise overall capability.
