Job summary

Som3 is seeking a Salesforce Application Support Developer to join our Salesforce Application Support Team. This hands-on role combines development, configuration and application support to deliver enhancements, fixes and escalated resolutions.

You will work closely with the Internal Development Team to investigate issues, define requirements clearly and prepare them for backlog prioritization, ensuring reliable Salesforce performance and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Salesforce experience.
• Hands-on configuration and development experience.
• Experience with Apex, Flows and Visualforce and/or Lightning Web Components.
• Experience supporting Salesforce integrations (API or middleware).
• Background in application support, BAU or operational environments.
• Experience troubleshooting production systems.
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Agile or structured change management.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred; Platform Developer II desirable.
