Job summary

83zero Ltd is seeking a Head of Salesforce to take end-to-end ownership of Salesforce and the wider commercial technology ecosystem. You will lead a small internal Salesforce team and manage an external partner, driving strategy, governance and measurable business value across Sales, CS, Order Management and Support.

You will own CPQ, pricing configuration, bundles and discounting, ensuring scalable and well-governed quote-to-cash processes while collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• Significant experience owning or leading Salesforce within a B2B environment.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce knowledge across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Mandatory Salesforce CPQ knowledge including pricing, configuration, bundles and approvals.
• Experience defining and owning a Salesforce strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce strategy, roadmap and operating model across the organisation.
• Define and prioritise Salesforce initiatives aligned to growth.
• Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce processes across lead management, opportunities, quoting and renewals.
• Lead governance around changes, data and access to ensure platform stability.
