Job summary

Kitman Labs Ltd. seeks a Salesforce Platform Owner to own Salesforce end-to-end for Revenue Operations and Marketing. You will manage configuration, data integrity, reporting and integrations, and shape the platform's evolution.

You will collaborate with GTM leaders, deliver scalable designs, and drive continuous improvement across the org. The role requires strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation and take initiative

Qualifications

• Exceptional technical, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with all organisational levels; self-directed and proactive.
• Interest in GTM strategy and Salesforce technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, design, functionality, data integrity and end-user support of our Salesforce platform.
• Own and manage the Salesforce roadmap, balancing new capability with day-to-day support and continuous improvement.
• Design and maintain the architecture of our Salesforce org, including the data model, object relationships, automation strategy and integration patterns.
• Assess when business changes require redesign to scale the platform with the business.
• Make build versus buy decisions and evaluate new Salesforce features, AppExchange packages and connected tools.
• Document the system architecture, data model and key design decisions.
