You will implement complex Salesforce Flows, model custom data structures, and enforce security controls while collaborating with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administration or Business Analyst experience.
• Active Salesforce certification.
• Based in or around Lutterworth.
• Hands-on platform experience with automations and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Takes full strategic ownership of a CRM and Partner platform.
• Designs, tests, and deploys scalable Salesforce Flows.
• Configures custom data structures and sandboxes for releases.
• Manages user profiles, role hierarchies, and security compliance.
• Builds advanced operational dashboards to monitor international pipeline health.
