Job summary

DeterTech Holdings Limited is seeking a Salesforce & MuleSoft Manager to lead the Salesforce/CRM and integration team. You will align capacity with delivery plans and work with the Technical Delivery Manager to optimize roadmaps and resource allocation.

You will report to Ed Haynes, drive governance, and shape the team as it grows. The role is hybrid with some office days per week in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Salesforce/CRM team.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and integration technologies.
• Proven resource and capacity planning experience.
• People management including 1:1s, development and performance management.
• Ability to translate priorities into team goals and cascade information.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with technical leads.
• Experience with platform governance and data security principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Salesforce/Integration team, manage development and performance.
• Oversee capacity planning across Salesforce/CRM and integration workstreams.
• Represent the function to senior stakeholders and coordinate with IT leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement, governance, and vendor relationships for Salesforce and MuleSoft.
